Officials, now is the time to get register for the 2023-2024 season.
Here is the process to register on Reftown:
If you do not have a Reftown account, under organizations click Register and follow the steps.
When selecting organization, it is EPBOA under Basketball.
First you will need to login to REFTOWN ( www.reftown.com) and on the blue ribbon select “Main” then “Registration”.
You will be asked “What type of registration do you wish to submit?”
Click on Official
Click Continue Registration with EPBOA
Click Close
Page 1: Registration Type (Select: New Member, Returning Member, Returning Member (from inactive /leave), Transfer or Not Returning).
Page 2: Personal Information – PLEASE verify or enter your correct information.
Page 3: Contact Information- We will need a current cell phone and email DO NOT CLICK UNLISTED – If you do this ASSIGNORS OR PARTNERS CAN’T CONTACT YOU. Anyone who does this will be moved to INACTIVE.
Page 4: Address(es) – Enter your current home address and DO NOT CLICK UNLISTED as payor(s) will not be able to get your payments processed.
Page 5: Basic/Default Availability – Here is where you can select which days your available or not available or even get specific with times. (This does not guarantee you will work what you select, it only helps the assigning process)
Page 6: Assignment Limits – Allows you to pick number of days you can work, days between games and number of games per day. (This does not guarantee you will work what you select, it only helps the assigning process). GREEN lettering explains each category.
